Our company owes its name to our founding father, Engineer Karam Altai. He founded Karam Altai in 1969. Over the next five decades, the company built a solid reputation in North America, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Africa offering services to Real Estate, Energy, Healthcare, Education, Government and Infrastructure sectors.
Karam Altai has made its’ presence felt in the engineering, procurement, Construction, and maintenance businesses, by offering engineering, pre-construction, architectural design, MEP, design and build, and project management services.

Process We Follow

Project Initiation
We initiate the project after listening to your concerns and plan accordingly. In this step, we create the building blocks of the project to ensure a safe, secure and successful undertaking.

Procurement
Then, we procure all the materials that are essential for the project from extremely reliable sources. To lessen the storage of equipment in the works area, deliveries will be planned to concur with the construction sequence.

Execution
All work will be executed in accordance with the agreed method statements and monitored by the Project quality plan to ensure the quality of the project. Installation specialists from certain manufacturers will also be utilized.

Maintenance
We make sure to maintain the projects post their installation process as well. Along with that, on-site training shall be provided for the Authority personnel as set out in the specification.
